Match free Pokémon tiles in four layered Mahjong Solitaire layouts. Use hints, shuffles and undo to plan a clear board.
How to play
- Select two identical free tiles. A tile is free when nothing covers it and its left or right side is open. Clear the layered board to win.
- The game begins when the page opens. Change its settings for a fresh challenge, or use the restart control for another round.
Strategy tips
Prefer pairs that uncover a lower layer or open a long row. A visible pair is not always the best pair to remove first.
Hint highlights a legal pair. Undo restores your last pair. Shuffle deals the remaining tiles along a known clearing sequence, useful if your choices reach a dead end.
Why can I see a matching pair but not select it?
Both tiles must be free. A tile is blocked if another tile covers it, or if neighbors close both its left and right sides. Clear an exposed edge pair or an upper-layer pair first, then inspect which previously blocked tiles have opened.
What should I do when there are no matching free tiles?
Undo revisits your last pair choice. Shuffle rearranges the remaining faces along a known clearing sequence and clears the undo history. Hint highlights an available pair when one exists. A solvable initial deal does not mean every possible sequence of pair choices will finish it.
Is this multiplayer Mahjong or a single-player tile puzzle?
This is single-player Mahjong Solitaire. Classic, Pyramid, Tower and Compact layouts are initially dealt with a known clearing sequence.
